Its been five years since Hiccup and teeth successfully uniting dragons and Vikings on the island of Berk. While Astrid, Snotlout and the rest of the gang are challenged each other dragon races (new favorite sport island interaction), an inseparable pair are now traveling across the sky, graphs unmapped territory and explore new world. When one of their adventure leads to the discovery of the secret caves of ice that is home to hundreds of new wild dragons and mysterious Dragon Rider, the two friends are in the middle of the fight to protect the peace.
